Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. NextPoint Electrics does not charge a separate call-out fee. If diagnostic work is required before we can determine the repair, we’ll explain the cost and get your approval before starting.
Will I know the price before work begins?
Yes. We’ll provide an estimate based on the information available. When we arrive, we’ll confirm the work and price before starting. If anything is different from expected, we’ll update the price and get your approval first.
What electrical services do you provide in Geelong?

What does the lifetime workmanship warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers the workmanship completed by NextPoint Electrics. If a problem occurs because our work wasn’t completed correctly, we’ll return and put it right at no charge. Product faults, normal wear, damage and work altered by others are not covered by our workmanship warranty.
